When your supporters come to Lombardi's on your fundraiser date (Monday or Thursday only), they  present your flyer, and we’ll donate 15% of the proceeds from that order to your school organization. The 15% donation is good for every dine-in or take-out order. Lombardi's will email a digital flyer for you to use digitally or to print and hand-out. Your supporters come in on the designated evening and present the flyer.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

• Step 1  Fill out and submit the form below, including two preferred dates for your fundraiser. Note that your Dine & Donate can be on any Monday or Thursday, non-holidays, 10am to 7pm.
• Step 2  Your date requests will be reviewed for approval. On approval, we'll send you a flyer announcing the date, time and specifics of your fundraiser.
• Step 3 Copy the flyer and distribute it to as many people as possible within and outside of your organization! Post it on your web site and market the heck out of your night!
• Step 4 Allow us three weeks to staff for your event.
• Step 5 Enjoy a delicious meal with friends and know that you are helping a good cause with 15% of each bill donated to your organization. You will receive your check approximately 3 weeks after the event.
